Pernyataan Sikap dan Seruan Solidaritas Organisasi Kaum Muda Sosialis

Pada momentum Hari Tani Nasional 24 September 2025, beredar informasi di WhatsApp dalam bentuk pes,an broadcast berjudul “Update Keterlibatan Jaringan Anarko Pada Aksi Hari Tani 24 September 2025”. Beberapa anggota kami mendapatkan pesan tersebut dari nomor yang tidak kami kenal. Selain itu, dalam pesan yang tersebar juga terdapat tindakan doxing berupa penyebaran informasi pribadi beberapa orang yang dituduh terlibat dalam jaringan “anarko” tersebut. Termasuk beberapa anggota Resistance. Tidak berhenti sampai di situ, setelah aksi HTN selesai dilaksanakan, kami mendapatkan informasi bahwa beberapa orang menggunakan mobil mencari tahu dan mendatangi alamat rumah dari anggota kami. Secara nasional, pengintaian dan intimidasi, perburuan ini adalah kasus kedua kali yang terjadi dan dialami oleh anggota-anggota kami setidaknya sejak gelombang perlawanan rakyat tertindas relatif meningkat dari awal tahun. Pun, dengan dua kejadian pengintaian tersebut, kami berhasil melakukan deteksi dan mendapatkan informasi-informasi awal para pelaku lapangan. Selain pengintaian, Resistance juga mendapati adanya upaya operasi infiltrasi oleh aparat kepolisian di awal tahun. Atas dasar itu, kami Organisasi Kaum Muda Sosisalis (OKMS) dimana Resistance menjadi salah satu cabang organisasi didalamnya menyampaikan sikap sebagai berikut:

Pengiblisan untuk Represi Sistematis.

Secara sistematis rezim hari ini telah membangun represi dengan cara mengibliskan ideologi Anarkisme. Represi sistematis dengan membangun pertama kali hegemoni pengiblisan ideologi tertentu ini adalah cara yang sama untuk membenarkan Genosida 1965 – 66 oleh Rezim Militer Soeharto dengan menyasar ideologi Marxisme/Leninisme/ Komunisme. Ini termuat dalam TAP MPR No XXV/MPRS/1966 Tahun 1966. Peraturan ini kemudian diadopsi lagi dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana No. 1 Tahun 2023 yang akan diaktifkan tahun depan. Kami mencatat bahwa ideologi anarkisme sendiri mulai diibliskan sejak tahun 2018 untuk membenarkan represi dan kriminalisasi aksi massa. Pola di lapangan ini berbeda dengan pernyataan Listyo Sigit bahwa kepolisian tidak secara sengaja melakukan penangkapan terhadap para aktivis, dengan mengatakan “sebenarnya bukan masalah aktivis ataupun bukan aktivis”, “kebetulan dia aktivis dan terkait dengan proses-proses yang kita dalami”. Sehingga pengiblisan ideologi tertentu ini dibarengi dengan pengiblisan aksi mass aitu sendiri yang lahir dari keresahan rakyat karena ketimpangan. Represi menopang ketimpangan. Represi mempertahankan kemiskinan. Represi menopang rezim militeris gaya oligarki!

Data menunjukkan bahwa sejak gelombang aksi rakyat hingga 31 Agustus 2025, lebih dari 5.444 orang ditangkap. dan tercatat 1.042 orang mengalami luka-luka. Dari total yang ditangkap tersebut, 959 orang telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dengan berbagai macam tuduhan tindak pidana di 16 Provinsi. Kriminalisasi tidak berhenti di jalanan; para aktivis pro-demokrasi seperti Del Pedro, Muzaffar Salim, Syahdan Husein, Khariq Anhar, Reyhan, Saiful Amin, dan lainnya dituduh provokator dan dikriminalisasi. Ini dilakukan pertama kali dengan menangkap, menculik, dan juga menghalang-halangi para pejuang demokrasi dan kesetaraan mengakses bantuan hukum. Hingga 28 September 2025, kami melihat masih terjadi penangkapan di berbagai daerah, salah satunya Jogjakarta dengan menjadikan Fakhrurrozi sebagai tersangka. Caranya sama, menculik. Diambil secara paksa untuk dibawa ke kantor kepolisian.

Selain itu, 2 massa aksi juga masih dihilangkan. Jaringan-jaringan kolektif gerakan pun terus dibongkar dan dilemahkan. Kriminalisasi dan stigmatisasi ini jelas merupakan strategi negara untuk melemahkan gerakan rakyat. Rezim berusaha menciptakan politik ketakutan di tengah massa agar rakyat mundur dari perjuangan. Tindakan ini memperlihatkan watak sejati rezim Prabowo: anti-demokrasi, anti-rakyat, dan pelayan setia para oligarki.

Kami mengecam keras tindakan represif dan kriminalisasi yang dilakukan oleh rezim Prabowo-Gibran!

Tentang Organisasi Kaum Muda Sosialis

OKMS adalah organisasi yang menyandarkan pada perjuangan aksi massa yang melibatkan kelas buruh dan rakyat seluas-luasnya dengan kesadaran politik bahwa sistem yang menindas hanya bisa dihancurkan dengan kekuatan kelas buruh dan rakyat secara luas.  OKMS terbuka seluas-luasnya bagi kaum muda yang ingin mengarahkan peran historis, semangat serta kepeduliannya ke sesama dalam berbagai macam aktifitas perjuangan melawan penindasan serta mewujudkan sosialisme. Untuk menuju kemenangan tersebut, berikut adalah program perjuangan yang terus kami dorong:

1. Memperjuangankan Kehidupan Yang Layak
   • Nasionalisasi aset-aset strategis di bawah kontrol buruh
   • Hapuskan sistem kerja kontrak, outsourcing dan magang
   • Hapuskan politik upah murah, dan wujudkan upah layak dan setara secara nasional
   • Kesehatan Gratis
   • Memperjuangkan pembukaan lapangan pekerjaan layak dan tetap untuk rakyat
   • Memperjuangkan pengentasan kemiskinan dan penghapusan kriminialisasi terhadap anak jalanan dan rakyat miskin
   • Mewujudkan reforma agrarian sejati
   • Melawan segala bentuk penggusuran untuk kepentingan modal
   • Memperjuangkan pemberdayaan serta dukungan penuh bagi penyaluran minat bakat kaum muda
   • Memperjuangankan redistribusi kekayaan nasional
2. Memperjuangkan demokrasi untuk rakyat
   • Melawan semua bentuk seksisme, rasisme, homophobia, kebigotan, tansfobia, komunistofobia, serta fundamentalisme agama
   • Melawan pembungkaman terhadap kebebasan berserikat, berorganisasi, berkumpul, mengeluarkan pendapat serta kebebasan pers
   • Tangkap, Adili, sita harta dan penjarakan pelaku korupsi
   • Tangkap, Adili dan penjarakan para penjahat kemanusiaan pelanggar HAM
   • Memperjuangkan pencabutan semua produk hukum anti demokrasi
   • Bubarkan Lembaga territorial militer
3. Memperjuangkan Pendidikan Gratis, Ilmiah, demokratis dan Kerakyatan
   • Hapus privatisasi, leberalisasi dan komersialisasi Pendidikan di Indonesia
   • Tolak politik upah murah di dunia Pendidikan
   • Hentikan pemberangusan demokrasi di kampus serta berikan jaminan kebebasan berkumpul, berpendapat, berorganisasi dan berideologi
   • Hapus Militerisme di Kampus
   • Hapus Rasisme di dunia Pendidikan
   • Wujudkan fasilitas Pendidikan yang layak
4. Memperjuangkan pembebasan perempuan dan LGBTQ
   • Mewujudkan Kesetaraan sepenuhnya di bidang hukum, politik dan sosial
   • Mewujudkan Hak perempuan untuk mengontrol tubuhnya sendiri
   • Mewujudkan kebebasan orientasi, identitas dan ekspresi seksual
   • Melawan segala bentuk kekerasan serta eksploitasi seksual
5. Berjuang melawan industri perusak lingkungan dan memperjuangkan lngkungan hidup yang berkelanjutan
6. Memperjuangkan perdamaian dunia dengan solidaritas internasional
   • Mendukung perjuangan bangsa-banga tertindas
   • Melawan terorisme dengan kekuatan solidaritas rakyat
   • Menolak perang dan intervensi negara-negara imperialis

Solidaritas rakyat adalah benteng utama menghadapi represi.

OKMS termasuk Resistance menyatakan diri untuk terus berjuang bersama kaum buruh dan rakyat. Kami menyerukan kepada seluruh elemen gerakan untuk tidak tunduk pada politik ketakutan dan memperkuat persatuan serta solidaritas gerakan. Hanya dengan menguatkan gerakan rakyat itu sendiri, kita bisa melawan represi, membuka jalan bagi demokrasi sejati, dan selanjutnya menghantarkan transisi menuju masyarakat yang lebih berkeadilan. Represi tidak dapat dilawan secara sendiri-sendiri, rakyat kuat dengan solidaritas!

Kami juga melihat pentingnya untuk segera mengadakan konsolidasi nasional seluruh gerakan atau aliansi yang sudah hadir di setiap daerah sebagai medium untuk memajukan setiap gerakan dan hadirnya tuntutan bersama. Hal terpenting lainnya adalah penguatan basis-basis massa. Kami mendorong setiap organisasi, kolektif, komunitas-komunitas atau individu-individu progresif untuk membentuk komite-komite perlawanan di kampus-kampus, pabrik-pabrik, kampung-kampung, dsb. Komite Eksekutif Nasional Organisasi Kaum Muda Sosialis

​On National Peasant Day, September 24, 2025, information circulated on WhatsApp in the form of a broadcast message titled “Update on the Involvement of the Anarcho Network in the September 24 Farmers’ Day Action”. Several of our members received this message from unrecognised numbers. The distributed message also contained acts of doxing, spreading the personal information of several individuals accused of being involved in these “anarcho” networks. This included several members of Resistance. It did not stop there; after the National Peasant Day action concluded, we received information that several people in vehicles were attempting to find and came to our members’ home addresses. Nationally, this surveillance and intimidation is the second such case to occur and be experienced by our members since the wave of resistance from the oppressed has relatively increased from the beginning of the year. Moreover, in these two surveillance incidents, we successfully detected and obtained initial information on the field operatives. In addition to surveillance, Resistance also discovered an infiltration operation by police authorities at the beginning of the year.

​On that basis, we, the Socialist Youth Organisation (OKMS), of which Resistance is a branch of, convey our position as follows:

1. ​Demonisation as Systematic Repression

​The regime today has systematically built repression by demonising Anarchism as an ideology. This systematic repression, by first establishing a hegemony over the demonisation of a particular ideology, is the same method used to justify the 1965-66 Genocide by the Suharto Military Regime, which targeted Marxist/Leninist ideology. This is stipulated in TAP MPRS No. XXV/MPRS/1966 of 1966. This regulation was then adopted again into the Criminal Code Law No. 1 of 2023, which will be activated next year. We note that Anarchism itself began to be demonised in 2018 to justify the repression and criminalisation of mass actions. This pattern on the ground differs from the statement by Listyo Sigit that the police do not intentionally arrest activists, saying “it’s not actually a matter of activists or non-activists”, “it just so happens they are an activist and are related to the processes we are investigating”. Thus, the demonisation of a particular ideology is accompanied by the demonisation of mass action itself, arising from people’s grievances over inequality. Repression sustains inequality. Repression maintains poverty. Repression props up an oligarchic-style militaristic regime!

​Data from the wave of mass protests up until August 31, 2025, shows that more than 5,444 people were arrested, and 1,042 people were reported as injured. Of the total arrested, 959 people have been named as suspects with various criminal charges in 16 Provinces. The criminalisation does not stop on the streets; pro-democracy activists like Del Pedro, Muzaffar Salim, Syahdan Husein, Khariq Anhar, Reyhan, Saiful Amin, and others are accused of being provocateurs and criminalised. This is done first by arresting, kidnapping, and also obstructing these democracy and equality activists from accessing legal aid. As of September 28, 2025, we still see arrests occurring in various regions, one of which is Jogjakarta, where Fakhrurrozi has been made a suspect. The method is the same: abduction. Forcibly taken and brought to the police station. In addition, 2 protesters are still missing. The movement’s collective networks continue to be dismantled and weakened. This criminalisation and stigmatisation are clearly a state strategy to weaken this mass movement. The regime is trying to create a politics of fear among the masses so that people will retreat from the struggle. This action reveals the true character of the Prabowo regime: anti-democratic, anti-people, and a loyal servant of the oligarchs. We strongly condemn the repressive actions and criminalisation carried out by the Prabowo regime and its cronies!

2. ​About Us

​OKMS is an organisation that relies on the struggle of mass action involving the working class and the broader populace, with the political consciousness that an oppressive system can only be destroyed by the power of the working class and the people at large. OKMS is wide open to young people who wish to direct their historical role, enthusiasm, and care for others into various activities of struggle against oppression and towards achieving socialism.

​To achieve that victory, the following is the program of struggle we continue to advance:

1. Fighting for a Decent Life
   • Nationalisation of strategic assets under workers’ control.​
   • Abolish the contract labour, outsourcing, and internship system.​
   • Abolish cheap wage politics, and realise a decent and equal national wage.
   • Free healthcare.
   • Fight for the creation of decent and permanent jobs for the people.
   • Fight for poverty alleviation and the decriminalisation of street children and the urban poor.
   • Realise genuine agrarian reform.
   • Oppose all forms of evictions for the interests of capital.
   • Fight for the empowerment of and full support for channelling the interests and talents of young people.
   • Fight for the redistribution of national wealth.
2. Fighting for Democracy for the People
   • Oppose all forms of sexism, racism, homophobia, bigotry, transphobia, communophobia, and religious fundamentalism.
   • Oppose the silencing of the freedom of association, organisation, assembly, expression of opinion, and freedom of the press.
   • Arrest, prosecute, confiscate the assets of, and imprison perpetrators of corruption.
   • Arrest, prosecute, and imprison human rights violators and criminals against humanity.
   • Fight for the repeal of all anti-democratic legal products.
   • Disband military territorial institutions.
3. Fighting for a Free, Scientific, Democratic, and People-oriented Education
   • Abolish the privatisation, liberalisation, and commercialisation of education in Indonesia.
   • Reject cheap wage politics in the world of education.
   • Stop the crushing of democracy on campus and guarantee the freedom to assemble, express opinions, organise, and hold ideologies.
   • Abolish militarism on campus.
   • Abolish racism in the world of education.
   • Realise proper educational facilities.
4. ​​Fighting for the Liberation of Women and LGBTQ People
   • Realise full equality in the legal, political, and social fields.
   • Realise the right of women to control their own bodies.
   • Realise freedom of sexual orientation, identity, and expression.
   • Oppose all forms of sexual violence and exploitation.
5. ​Fighting Against Environmentally Destructive Industries and for a Sustainable Environment
6. ​Fighting for World Peace through International Solidarity
   • Support the struggles of oppressed nations.
   • Fight terrorism with the power of mass solidarity.
   • Reject war and the intervention of imperialist countries.

​The People’s Solidarity is the Main Defence Against Repression

OKMS, including Resistance, declares itself to continue fighting alongside workers and the people. We call on all elements of the movement not to bow to the politics of fear but instead to strengthen the movement’s unity and solidarity. Only by strengthening this mass movement itself can we fight repression, open the path to true democracy, and subsequently lead the transition to a more just society. Repression cannot be fought individually; the masses are stronger with solidarity!

​We also see the importance of immediately holding a national consolidation of all movements or alliances that already exist in each region as a platform to advance every movement and to present joint demands. Moreover, the most important thing is the strengthening of the mass bases. We encourage every organisation, collective, community, or progressive individual to form resistance committees on campuses, in factories, in villages, etc (read: The People Are Strangled by Taxes! The Political Elite’s Privileges Are Skyrocketing! Crush the Political Elite!).
